👋 Relaunching! It's been a while since my last post, and life has certainly kept me busy with a few unexpected twists and turns. After a rewarding but demanding decade in the restaurant industry, the arrival of my first grandchild inspired a major life shift—it was time to trade the restaurant's stress for more time with family.

I still have a passion for cooking and recipe creation, but for now, the restaurant chapter is happily closed.

2025 Focus: We've made the leap and moved from Franklin, TN to Tampa full-time! My energy is now fully dedicated to consulting, real estate, and business lending. My personal time will feature a healthy 'minor' in travel and lifestyle—a much-needed change of pace. The best part? Our grown children are nearby, making this new chapter even sweeter.
